Working Principle

The Dynamic Pass Box is configured with a two stage filtration system. First it filters air through fine filter having an efficiency of 85-90% down to 5 microns and later the clean air is flushed through Hepa filter having an efficeincy of 99.999% down to 0.3 microns. In order to mainitain the contamamination free environment within the trasfer chamber it constantly recirculates the air.

Through control panel located on both sides of the pass box, user can open the door and place the material inside the chamber. Once users closes the door a cycle is started for a desired set time. Later once the cycle is completed control panel located on other side notifies the user to open the door and retrive the material.

Through the intelocking system, only one door can be opened at a time, this prevents the cross contamination from one area to another.
