Sterile Mixing Vessel

Sterile Mixing Vessel

Pharmaceutical manufacturing plants often need to mix and blend fluids that have high viscosity, density, and temperature. For these applications, specially designed vessels are used which are called Sterile Mixing Vessels.

The mixing vessel is typically filled with a fluid that contains active ingredients and colourants. The fluid must be maintained at a certain temperature (usually between 40°C and 60°C) during operation so that the active ingredients do not degrade prematurely due to exposure to external factors such as heat or light exposure.

Our Sterile Mixing Vessels are designed for the most demanding applications. From the mixing of medical and pharmaceutical products to chemical manufacturing, our vessels are built to handle high-volume, low-speed mixing.
