Working Principle

The De-Dusting Tunnel operates on a simple yet effective principle. De-Dusting Tunnel is usually placed in the Primary Warehouse so that all incoming material like drums, cartons boxes, sacks, or bags is cleaned before stacking them in the warehouse. This process allows for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.

The material is placed on the entry side of the De-Dusting Tunnel conveyor, the conveyor takes the material inside the chamber of de-dusting tunnel in which high velocity air is blown on the surface of these material using air nozzle. A separate nylon cleaning brush helps remove the hard residue from the surface as well. All dust is later collected in dust collector. Upon completion of this cycle the conveyor takes out the material from the chamber and allows uses to stack or place it in the warehouse. The adjustable settings allow for precise control of airflow and intensity, ensuring thorough dust removal without compromising container integrity.
